Terms of use

Ask Peter, by Driven Publishers. Last updated 1 October 2026.

Who provides Ask Peter

Ask Peter is provided by Driven DS Solutions Limited, the company behind Driven Publishers, at Kyriakou Matsi 46, Office 101, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”). By unlocking or using Ask Peter you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Ask Peter is

Ask Peter is an AI that answers questions about Amazon KDP and self-publishing from Peter Holmquist's videos, the free Skool courses and his book. When those do not cover a question, it can also draw on discussions from the free Skool community, rewritten to take out anything that could identify a member. Each answer shows where it comes from. Peter does not write the answers himself.

Check before you rely on an answer

Answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Amazon changes its rules often, and Amazon's own help pages and policies are what count, so check anything important there before you act on it. Ask Peter gives general information about publishing. It is not legal, tax or financial advice: for that, ask a qualified adviser. You are responsible for what you do with your books and your Amazon account.

Driven Publishers and Ask Peter are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Kindle and Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Free, and it may change

Ask Peter is free for members of our Self-Publishing Entrepreneurs community on Skool. We may change it, limit how much it can be used or stop it at any time, and we may change or withdraw access codes.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Who owns the material

The videos, lessons, book and transcripts behind Ask Peter belong to Driven Publishers and the people in them. You may use answers for your own publishing work. Please do not republish them in bulk, sell them, or use them to build or train another product or AI.

Liability

Ask Peter is free and offered as it is. We cannot promise that it is always available, correct or complete. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using Ask Peter or from relying on its answers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you live in another country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you.
